Long waits on phone but get an appointment

They are good, but there are long waits on the phone. But I will get an appointment when I do call them.

Only one issue to be discussed

They're amazing, they have a system to book, but they have limited time sometimes you have to discuss one issue at the appointment. There's good availability. Just hard to choose which problem to discuss if you have many.
We can get one at another surgery nearby

Good. since few months they are very busy in surgery and direct us to another pharmacy and surgery. So if we cannot get an appointment there we can get one at another surgery nearby.

Hassle to get appointments

Phoning to get an appointment for 20 minutes only to be cut off on the phone. You can book appointments online and its a hassle to get an appointment. The GP also does not provide a translator for me as I speak a different language.

They are good, able to get through on phone. Repeat prescription take ages but can book easily online.

Whenever I need appointment they accommodate me all the time. Staff is good.
