Smear test 18 months overdue

I had a letter last year telling me my routine smear test was overdue and to make an appointment. The appointment got cancelled due to restrictions associated with Covid-19. Tried to get another appointment in the summer 2020 but was told still not able to provide this service. Feb 2021 Still not able to book.

Awful the appointments are over the phone and if you need to see someone you have to go to partner practice.

Appointments can only be made by phoning at 8 a.m. where there are ridiculous waits. We are no longer in exceptional times and they have had months to adapt. This is a critical service and we need them to step up.
Difficult to get apt with doctor,

Like to give apt with nurse. Took son 2 yr old to see nurse with chest infection.she said he was fine. We then took him to A&E 3hours later who said he had pneumonia

I have a special doctor in a different area, means I get specific help. They do triage Monday - Friday. Opening hours need to improve.

Always treated with kindness, by professional team of staff who are very friendly and polite. Treatment is always prompt and usually on time. Very grateful for the service I receive from this practice.
