Easy access & good doctors

					Easy to access, close to me. Easy to make appointment on website. They usually get back to me the next day and will offer an appointment the same day or next.

					Another thing I would say when I go to the GP is that the receptionists are fed up. They have seen people all day, but that is what I experience first. Then I don't see the same doctor twice and they're all locums and then they only deal with one issues at a time for a 5 minute appointment. Why do they want me to keep going back. Waiting on some results and the GP receptionists said ring the consultant. The receptionists might be having a bad day but treat me like I'm human.
				
				
				
				
				Midwife is okay but doesn't respond to me

					My experience with the midwife here has been okay overall but she doesn't respond to my messages or return my calls. I have left voicemails at the main office and never gotten a call back in the past.
				
				
				
				
				GP really listen to me

					I've had the same GP service since I was little and she's really good. Really listens and makes sure you are referred on to the correct place. She is often busy but will always speak to me on the phone and will always make time to see us.

					When you call them with a problem they tell you to sleep, drink water and only take one tablet for everything and that's it.
				
				
				
				
				Took 6 months to make a simple referral
