Can't see my named GP

I have not been able to see my own GP. They don't tell me when it's a locum and agency staff. It's very dangerous just getting calls from any GP. Also the public should turn up for their appointments and not waste them, the public are to blame for not turning up to their appointments and not cancelling them.

Long waits

I have coeliac disease and on a gluten free diet. They have to do the endoscopy for further treatment but I've waiting for the last 8 months. It's a long wait.
Awful Practice

Rude receptionists, can never see a doctor, can never see a nurse, never answer the phone.
They told me I needed A&E

I had to go there as I was really unwell. My temperature was high after I had a knee operation. With all the symptoms I had they called me an ambulance to go straight to A&E but none were available so a friend took me straight to the assessment department at the hospital.

I was very happy with the referral time and communication. Very pleased overall.

Very good over the last few years. They sent a referral straight away. I have waited 3 months for a hip operation. You can get appointments here too.

I will give them 5 stars as their communication is very good. We can get appointments easily too.
They referred me to hospital for tests.

I rang them to make an earlier appointment and they didn't call me back so I went to the original appointment and they referred me onto the QE. I am waiting to get results.

Terrible so sad made my mental health worse staff no compassion they could see I was upset no patient with mental health should join this surgery they discriminated my condition
