They told me I needed A&E

I had to go there as I was really unwell. My temperature was high after I had a knee operation. With all the symptoms I had they called me an ambulance to go straight to A&E but none were available so a friend took me straight to the assessment department at the hospital.
Very pleased overall.

Very good over the last few years. They sent a referral straight away. I have waited 3 months for a hip operation. You can get appointments here too.

I will give them 5 stars as their communication is very good. We can get appointments easily too.
They referred me to hospital for tests.

I rang them to make an earlier appointment and they didn't call me back so I went to the original appointment and they referred me onto the QE. I am waiting to get results.
Poor care from receptionist staff so rude

Terrible so sad made my mental health worse staff no compassion they could see I was upset no patient with mental health should join this surgery they discriminated my condition

I am very pleased and satisfied by the high level of treatment and care received over the years, especially during covid.

Very poor. You cannot get through on the phone. I was unable to see them for 2 years during covid.
There is an ease to access GP services

There is ease in contacting the GP and for services such as medication and blood tests.

I can never get hold of them in the morning. Once you get through they're fine. They do prioritise children. Adults not so much but they're fine.
