We are very sorry you needed to give a 2* review, we always ensure patients have enough medication to last them until they can register with a new GP. We send letters out to the address we have on our system to inform you that you will need to register with a new GP, we also send SMS messages to ask patient to contact the surgery if this is incorrect. If we do not hear from you then the process to remove is started. We hope you have now been able to register with a new GP and have the medication you require.

You mention the phones not being answered when we have a dashboard and can see all waiting callers and they are answered promptly or if the caller hangs up after 5 minutes we do call them back if they haven't with held their number... Our email inbox is cleared daily?? We are sorry to hear you cant get through on the telephone? we have 3 members of staff answering the telephone in the morning and also have a dashboard to monitor call waiting. Please can you call 0121 203 2400 after 1000 and give your details including the number you called from to the Care Navigators so we can look into further and then we can find out what the issue is. thank you Practice Manager
