Many thanks for your kind words about our GP's. I am sorry, that you find the appointment system challenging at times, however we are continually reviewing and amending the system as and when we feel it is appropriate to do so. Once again thank you for your feedback.

Secondly, I appreciate that it can be frustrating when trying to book an appointment, however we are constantly reviewing our processes to access ways of improving our system.
