Totally supportive from receptionists through to GP's.

No issues - cares okay when you get seen. Bit awkward to get appointments at times although afternoons is better to get seen. No real problems.

GP connected to university of Birmingham. Training practice which is very good. I get involved to help students at the practice.

I am having constant problems with them about repeat prescription. Most of the time they are late and I have missed medication number of times.

I have been with this surgery for 45 years and they have always offered a very good service. My children and grandchildren also use this surgery and are also happy with the care provided.

Good service with helpful staff. waiting time and appointment system can be improved.

My son was diagnosed at a very early age by the doctor due to characteristics he displayed. Due to this he has received support throughout education which in turn, has helped him become an adult capable of holding down a job with support. The surgery are brilliant and deal promptly with any request for support or queries I have relating to mark. Luckily, he has sound health and was called in for a “well man” appointment which was very useful in terms of educating him around testicular checks etc. From reception, nurses, GP’s I have received nothing but support and 100 % commitment to helping me.

I had to wait over an hour to see a doctor even though had an appointment. I have been attending this surgery for many years and they have been really good, just a little frustrating when you've got an appointment and have to rush back to work. Overall a good surgery though.
