Can always be seen
November 23, 2017
Can always be seen - not something urgent. Feel good talking to doctor
Extremely difficult to get an appointment.
November 10, 2017
The practice is not booking any future appointments so patients have to try to get a same day appointment. I would like to know how people manage to do this as I have tried on several occasions by telephoning as requested at 08:30. The phone line is always engaged although I make sure I dial at 08:30. This morning it was 09:00 when I finally managed to speak to the receptionist. Naturally all appointments were taken. Obviously this practice has taken on far too many patients.
The waiting time is awful

Not enough experienced practitioners. I have been waiting for a very important operation for more than a year. Loads of waiting time, practitioners are not very good.
Impossible to make an appointment!
August 15, 2016
I have been a patient at All Saints for many years and have received some really good care, treatment and advice. However, it is becoming impossible to make an appointment to see a doctor. I called the surgery this morning to be told there are no appointments available today and nothing I can pre-book because the September diaries are not open yet. This is becoming a normal experience of trying to get an appointment, reception staff are unhelpful. In my experience, once I have got an appointment, the doctor's always seem to run late and you are left waiting for a considerable amount of time.
Unorganised and some Doctors not Professional
March 2, 2016
Doctor kept my waiting that long in the waiting room I decided to leave because I was told by NHS Direct I need to see a Doctor ASAP due to me not breathing properly and my medical disability which had been affected by my condition tremendously. The Doctor walked past me numerous time and looked at me and never said a word.
OK

Care is ok but reception staff are confrontational and disorganised.
