GPs don't listen to you. I have stopped going and started using herbal medicine or go to A&E at Heartlands.
Had tests on my neck

I had an ultrasound on my neck and said they couldn't see anything.
They wont refer me

I have a problem with the fact that I am always asked why I want an appointment, which might be personal. They should try and give appointments as it may be an emergency. I wanted to be referred to a specialist but I was refused this. I want a physio for my arthritis.
Very difficult to get appointments

Very difficult to get an appointment. We prefer to go to the A&E at Heartlands most of the time. I have not seen my GP in the last years.
Been good for 35 years

I have been with them for 35 years. They have been good so far. Things have changed a lot since covid as appointments have gotten harder to get. The receptionists and health practitioners have positive relationships with the patients. I have had really good doctors. they are doing great with checking up after appointments.
Excellent treatment and care

I have been with them for the last 25 years. Excellent care and treatment was provided during and after covid.
Always attended top by my GP

I have no problem with my GP and have always been attended to whenever I go there. The waiting time is not very long.
They are good.

Good. They will see the children when they can and I need them.

Disappointing and not just with the care for the little one. We have both got eczema. My little one ended up in hospital with it last year. The GP fobs you off and prescribes medication. They don't have time to talk about the problems properly
They told us to go to A&E

I used their walk in centre but they couldn't help my wife. Her rash was getting worse and it was affecting her joints so they told us it was best to go to A&E so we went to the QE as it is the only hospital I would use.
