Birmingham Childrens Hospital

Fantastic care, reception, triage, doctors. 5 hour wait but was kept updated and felt others were looked after well. Felt whilst some people left, the hospital did it's best.

Referred from GP which has taken more than a year. Smooth process and nice staff. Nothing bad to say. No complaints. Really pleasant, nice and good.

I come here for ears. Its been alright set up quite well. Quick referral process-they referred us straight away. Location is a bit difficult.

Fine really good. We came couple of weeks ago for blood tests, but had to take ticket when tried didn’t get that at all-had to wait 45 minutes.

Always thorough with my child.

I come early usually and get seen quite quickly. Communication on appointments is good consultants tell the daughter exactly what’s going on. Have got there number can contact her. Follow up on appointments is really good.

Receptionists and doctors are very good and respectful. Waiting times are normal.

It’s been fine – been there few times, its always been alright.

We booked an appointment for 3pm then when we got here it was a ticketed service so we had to wait long when we could have come ages ago. The parking is not cheap we paid £6 for two hours on road side.

All of the dealings with Cleft team has been amazing. The staff has been accessible and brilliant. Best thing is MDT & all professionals are joined up. Its just nice was worried about daughter, got daughter for an early appointment for 3 years check. Feeling lucky and they are amazing. For hospital stays they looked after little person and helped parents to get through it as well. BCH is fantastic but don’t have enough food places.
