Big improvement in my son's health condition.

Since we have been moved to Birmingham Children's I have noticed a big improvement in my son's health condition. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Very good staff with excellent facilities. We were referred here by our GP. The referral process was very quick and easy.

They have always supported us. My 3 year old son spent his first year in this hospital because he was born with a very serious health condition. The doctors and nurses are excellent and provide full information and support with regards my son's condition.
Good facilities for children

It's a very good hospital with excellent facilities for children. They have got a good playing area and facilities to keep children busy whilst waiting.

The wait for blood tests take so long

We were seen by a consultant on time but waiting for bloods to be taken for the last 1 hour. I have no clue why they are taking so long.
They don't explain what the medication is

They don't say much they just prescribe medication. They don't tell me what it is.

A long wait to see the doctor for 5 minutes

Helpful but you have to wait a long time and see the doctor for 5 minutes and then you go home. It's a long wait for such a short time spent with the doctor. On the other side it is good as it shows there isn't anything serious though.
Was seen at A&E within 30 minutes.

I took my 3 year old son to A&E and was seen within 30 minutes. Very good service.
