A smile would make a difference!

They are good if they cannot give you an on the day appointment they send me to an alternative setting. The staff are co-operative but I would not say they are friendly. A smile would make a difference, the staff are not very welcoming!
Can wait 48 hours for a call back

I have experienced difficulties getting an appointment, and have waited 48 hours for a call back after filling in their online form. On one occasion this delayed me receiving antibiotics.

It's alright, waiting times for appointments whilst in the surgery can be an hour but they take their time in the appointment so that's okay with me.
A good surgery who communicate well

I find the surgery good. The receptionists and doctors are very helpful. They communicate well.
Brilliant surgeon but nightmare to park

The parking can be a nightmare but will see my surgeon here sometimes and he is brilliant.
Understanding but long wait for appointment

Understanding whenever I see them, but can be waiting weeks for an appointment. My Mum calls them in the mornings to book an appointment, so I don't know how difficult it is.
My worst nightmare!

Last October (2024) I paid £50 for a letter which should have taken 2 weeks to prepare, but which ended up taking 3 months. Having received the letter, I submitted it to my place of employment only to find out that it was deemed out of date, so I had to get another one which took another month. Having submitted this second, letter it was missing the latest test results which again took another 2 months. I recently received the latest test results only to find out that I had to undergo recertification for my job which will now take another month. That was £50 well spent for a non service. Congratulations! My recertification is now going to cost me more than it should, because of the unnecessary delays.

Not too bad, been really good. I always have a banter when I go in and get to know them over the years. They mainly book over the phone. I always ring up or pop in. Not sure if they have online.
