A great hospital

No long waits and all has been okay. My wife said the hospital is great and they have been very good with me too. They speak to us both.

Reception staff were so helpful.

My daughter had her baby here. She is being discharged today. I couldn't find a wheelchair but the reception staff were helpful. I also got lost and went to the wrong floor but the reception staff were good and gave me excellent directions.

The scan appointment came through quickly.

I have had blood test and urine samples today. It's my first time here and I haven't been waiting long. The staff have been lovely so far. The scan letter came through quickly, communication has been good.

It's been fine, waiting times have been good. They have definitely improved. They keep to appointment times and all of the staff have been fine too.

I am here regularly. Antenatal has all been okay. There are no long waiting times as I got seen within 15 minutes. They answer any questions I have. I see someone different each time but all are similar in the way they deliver the services.

The waiting is so frustrating.

I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the scan this morning. Then waited for bloods. The most frustrating thing is the waiting from each department. I haven't eaten anything today so far. The staff were apologetic and answered any questions I had. So that part was good.

I left with more questions than answers

It was okay. I have some questions off the back of the scan. I left with more questions than answers. They said that the baby's fluid is high and that I would need to discuss it with the consultant. I feel that they could have answered some questions whilst we were there. I had to google to find answers and stop worrying.
