A great organisation

Good communication. A great organisation. The parking isn't the best however. We have to arrive earlier in order to get a space and get to my appointment in time.
A long wait

I have been waiting over 2 hours to see a consultant. This is an urgent appointment due to being induced next week. I had to chase them for the appointment at the front desk too. I already missed one scan and appointment as they didn't send me the details.
My first appointment has been good

This is my first time here. I have had an ultrasound, seen the nurse and consultant. I have been for bloods and been to the pharmacy. I am taking part in research to help prevent anaemia. It has been good today and everyone has listened. As I have been here for hours I will bring snacks next time.

My vitamins can be picked up from the pharmacy which works well. They're a good pharmacy and helpful when we need to get another prescription too.
You don't expect such long waits

You get told to go and wait in the waiting room and I have no idea why I'm waiting. If they don't us soon I will walk out. When you have a morning appointment you don't expect to still be here in the afternoon. It would be nice to know what I'm waiting for and how long it will be.

The scan takes far too long. The appointment was supposed to be at 10:30am and didn't get seen until 11:15. No information about the wait. Everything takes too long here and it was the same in previous pregnancies too.
