Always long waits in triage

I was seen in triage by a very kind and helpful nurse but the waiting time was too long. It's always a long wait in triage.

Very helpful midwife

It was my first visit to assessment and birth centre. I was seen by a very good and helpful midwife, who explained everything very well. She gave me the telephone number to contact the team if I need any further information or help.

Emergency appointment sorted within 3 hours.

We were referred to Radiology department by our consultant for an emergency scan and ultrasound. We live in Coventry so everything was booked and done within 3 hours. We have had an excellent experience in this hospital.

Consultant explained everything simply for us

We just had a very useful appointment with the consultant at the fetal medicine clinic. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything in very simple words.

Care I received on ward 7 was amazing

I had an appointment this morning at early pregnancy unit, which I missed but they were kind enough to book me in for this afternoon. The appointment went very well and the staff a very helpful and kind.

Plenty of food options available here

There are plenty of options of food choices within the hospital. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and the café in the main reception is very good as well.
