Supportive at the delivery suite

The delivery suite was fine. The midwife was really good and very supportive, so too were the staff. Throughout the delivery they gave me the hormone drip but wish they would have offered me the epidural before that.
Everything was good on the induction ward

It was okay on induction ward but quite noisy. The staff were very helpful there, I was there for just shy of 24 hours and then moved to the delivery suite. The staff were good.

My waters broke so I went to triage. I wasn't there that long before they took us upstairs to the induction ward. Staff were very good.

Both antenatal and scans can be long waits. They don't often let me know how long it will be. They aren't rude, I just feel like they try and pass it onto another member of staff and it doesn't always get resolved.

Hours waiting at foetal medicine

Before Christmas the wait at foetal medicine was about 30 minutes which isn't a problem. But since Christmas there are long waits, it can be 4 hours. Today was only 1 hour. The staff are fine but I don't find they answer my questions that I need answering.

Everything is up to date with scans, the wait is always long for clinic too. They always inform me of waiting times. They always inform me of the waiting times as the staff are fab. Lovely staff at the scans, very helpful in there. They explain what they are doing.
Never fell rushed

The scan was relatively okay, no problems there. They sent me in on time and I got to see baby which is always nice. I never feel rushed.
Long waits and a nightmare parking

The car park is a nightmare. The staff are fine but the wait times at the diabetic clinic at antenatal is long. I had to ask why there is a long wait. I had a scan in the morning and they then put me on the next appointment in the afternoon due to the waiting times.

Very good at antenatal, really supportive staff. Been a bit of a long wait but it is okay because I missed the appointment time and they still saw me.
