Friendly and thorough

They're pretty friendly at radiology. I was seen on time and everything was explained properly. After the scan they checked other things and they have given me a referral appointment for another department for checks. They have been very thorough.

It was nice, everything was great at the scan. They showed me baby and went through what they were doing. It was a lovely experience.

Staff on ward 8 have all been amazing, including the hospitality staff. They're so helpful and really really kind. Couldn't do anymore for you.

This part has been fine. I chose here as they are a specialist centre and I'm having a hysterectomy. I never met the surgeon though, only their staff and registrar which is a bit of a gripe from the patients point of view but I'm sure they have the ability.

It is clean and the toilets are clean. The midwives are very kind. There is good communication.
They didn't help me when baby cried

My treatment could have been better. The staff were not that helpful when my baby cried. They didn't come and check the baby.
