Lacks patient care

October 31, 2023
The treatment lacks patient care and the staff were rude. Very poor communication about test results and screening outcomes.

Really informative and chatty.

October 30, 2023
It's been okay. Its hasn't been too bad of a wait. During the scan, antenatal and consultant it has been really informative and they have been chatty today but there has been issues leading up to this appointment. I was only told about the extra appointment yesterday after I chased it up. A lot of the numbers I called went straight to voicemail and cut off so it took a few times to get through to the right person. Have had a bit of a wait.

It is such a long time to wait.

October 30, 2023
I came here a couple of weeks ago and I waited for a long time and It's the same today. It takes a long time and there is no communication about what is happening. Been here since 10:30am and it is now 1:15pm. It is just a long time to wait. It wasn't like this before.

Changed my appointment and now waiting longer

October 30, 2023
My appointments was moved to an earlier time. The scan was moved to the morning. So the appointments weren't joined up for the following consultation appointment. I wasn't informed that my consultation appointment wasn't until this afternoon so it has resulted in me waiting an hour so far. Staff have been pleasant enough. the male's sonographer's manner could have been better. The scan felt quite rushed and too matter of fact. It did state it could be a male sonographer in the appointment letter.

Its is a good hospital, no doubt about that.

It's okay. I've been waiting since 11:10am. Only 10 minutes late for my scan. If it's late that isn't any bodies fault. I've been waiting a while to see the consultant but could be because of staff are sick or busy. Its is a good hospital no doubt about that.

Staff are lovely. Ran on time

October 30, 2023
It's alright. I had scans and everything has ran on time. Staff have been lovely. Sometimes it can be a few hours wait. It can be the scans that run late. It's understandable. Keep appointments and everything comes through on the badger app.

The waiting is very long.

October 30, 2023
Its going slow at antenatal (Atlantic waiting area). I have been here for 2 hours for a scan at 10:45am and it is now 1:20pm (which was 45 minutes late) and I have a consultant appointments after that. I had to go and ask what was going on and I was told I am third to be seen. everything else is good it is just the waiting. I am diabetic so I am getting worried about waiting too long.
