Hours waiting at foetal medicine

Before Christmas the wait at foetal medicine was about 30 minutes which isn't a problem. But since Christmas there are long waits, it can be 4 hours. Today was only 1 hour. The staff are fine but I don't find they answer my questions that I need answering.

Everything is up to date with scans, the wait is always long for clinic too. They always inform me of waiting times. They always inform me of the waiting times as the staff are fab. Lovely staff at the scans, very helpful in there. They explain what they are doing.
Never fell rushed

The scan was relatively okay, no problems there. They sent me in on time and I got to see baby which is always nice. I never feel rushed.
Long waits and a nightmare parking

The car park is a nightmare. The staff are fine but the wait times at the diabetic clinic at antenatal is long. I had to ask why there is a long wait. I had a scan in the morning and they then put me on the next appointment in the afternoon due to the waiting times.

Very good at antenatal, really supportive staff. Been a bit of a long wait but it is okay because I missed the appointment time and they still saw me.

There is no communication about the long waits at antenatal, it's not usually like this. It would be good if they would let us know if we're going to be waiting a long time.

The scan was on time so that was okay. They showed us baby and took their time which was nice.

I had both my kids at the Women's and the maternity services are second to none. Very helpful staff and excellent service delivery.
Pushed to have induction

I was seen on time, treated with courtesy and respect. Couldn’t have had better service.
I had been waiting for an appointment since April 2023 when my condition deteriorated I was referred to women’s hospital and was seen quickly my GP contacted Good Hope to try and expedite my appointment no joy so referred me to women’s hospital. If I had received treatment earlier my problem would not have been so severe or urgent.
