The cardiology department lost the medical notes for my dad and we don't have a proper medical history for his heart treatment.

I waited 12 and a half hours in A&E, they had no beds available. They are short staffed and need to improve the facilities for patients.

An awful experience, I felt neglected there. I couldn't get a drink or food. The staff weren't checking in on me. I felt uncomfortable and neglected.
