All of my scans and blood tests were done at City. Nurses at maternity are excellent.

After having a heart attack, I was an inpatient for 7 days. The staff were rude and unhelpful at cardiology.

I didn't like one of their attitudes in A&E. We were there for 4 hours and they told me he needed to be transferred to Sandwell for treatment for sepsis. They transferred him quickly.

Brilliant. Staff were great there. They let me know what was going on before being transferred.
