not smiling. It is 10 am and there is a huge queue, actually three or four queues. Some for staff check in and some to speak to advisor. It is utter chaos. Does not look like a professional organisation. Seems as though only one lady is helping people the others are sitting behind desk directing public to self-check-in. overheard someone asking for help and told to use self- check in. People complaining and queues mounting up.
