It was very poorly managed and not a well planned service. Nobody knew what was going on there.
Poor facilities at A&E

Poor facilities and seating in A&E. In 3 hours I had only been seen by a nurse to take my medical history and then I waited another hour for a doctor to come and examine me.
Better treatment and care

The children's A&E is good. Better than the Children's. I took my granddaughter there a few months ago and didn't wait long. There are less people and you feel you're getting better treatment and care.

Rubbish. The A&E staff aren't good. They couldn't help me. They were disgusting and left me on the floor so I ended up taking myself home and asked to be transferred to Sandwell, which the GP did.
Nurses don't listen and doctors rush

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Nurses don't listen and the doctors are always in a rush.

My mom is has been waiting for heart surgery for over a year. The waiting list is long and we are worried about her health.

I went for a CT scan and waited 3 hours for my turn. They were running very late.

I had an abscess removed. I stayed in overnight and a day. I would give them 4 stars.

My mother was treated for breast cancer and the care and treatment was excellent.
