Helpful staff, bad appointment availability

I joined them after covid. The GPs are helpful and reception staff listen to you. Appointment availability is very bad.
Best GP Practice

I have been registered with this surgery for many years and as such seen it evolve into an exceptional service. It's relatively easy to secure an appointment. It is astonishing to note the number of services this GP practice provides to include blood tests, diabetes tests, asthma reviews and blood pressure related consultations to name but few. Reception staff appears to be well trained, polite, professional, and motivated to render a great experience to patients in their hour of need. It is also worth noting how expeditiously this practice is embracing modernity, which is evident in their recent roll out of NHS App to help speed up service delivery. All in all, this practice is doing more than their fair share in enhancing the community’s well-being. So, very well done and keep up the good work!
Very friendly and open on Saturdays

The doctors are nice and the other staff are very friendly. They are open on Saturdays too.

Staff are helpful. The system of repeat prescriptions is very hard because they have outsourced it to another company. Very busy parking too and there is only one disabled bay.

Relatively easy to get appointments, if I can't get a GP appointment, I can see the nurse. The reception staff are good.

Can get appointments quickly

Sometimes it can take 10 to 20 minutes to get on them on the phone but other than that it's quite quick and they will do a same day booking. I have a lump in my neck and they made an appointment quickly.
They save a lot of time

Good. They have changed quite a lot. They text me saying to send my blood pressure reading to the GP which saves a lot of time.
