Brilliant doctor who listens.

The GP is brilliant. Such a nice doctor. They are the only doctor that listens. She is like a family doctor, she is like a friend. I feel like she has more time for me and my family. Honestly the best doctor.

Excellent GP. Identified issues with my pregnancy quite early and referred me to the Women's on time.
Prescriptions never ready on time

It is difficult to get an appointment and prescriptions are always not ready on time. You have to chase them all of the time for prescriptions.

Over all I have had a very good experience. Mostly the appointments are given straight away and the staff are very nice and helpful.

No appointment, no support, no communication. A very poor service.
Careless and can never get an appointment.

I can never get an appointment with them. As soon at it hits 8am the lines are busy. They're careless at checking us out. Ended up breaking bone but it turned out to be an abscess and had an operation on it. They're a bit careless really.

Good, call at 8am exactly and still can’t get through. Do get appointments but the process of getting it takes a long time.
Referrals made quickly, no difficulties

Very good service. I have a long term condition and feel that they take very good care of me. I do not have any difficulties getting appointments and referrals have been quickly made on my behalf.
