Good, call at 8am exactly and still can’t get through. Do get appointments but the process of getting it takes a long time.

Very good service. I have a long term condition and feel that they take very good care of me. I do not have any difficulties getting appointments and referrals have been quickly made on my behalf.

As long as I ring up at the right time I can get an appointment. They also do an online prescription service. The doctors are good when you seen them.

It's a really good practice. I can get appointments with them. Not had any issues at all.
They are very embarrassed.

Easy to get appointments. We are living in the best country of the world. Can’t always get appointments, wrote a letter to GP, they are very embarrassed.
Good doctors when you see them

Alright, hard to get an appointment and get through as it's busy. Good doctors when you do see them. I've got an appointment tomorrow, telephone first then they'll see you.
A long time

Asked my GP about referral to SALT and he said it can take up to a year. A long time when she starts nursery the school will look into more care.
Doctors can’t do anything

Five doctors can’t do anything for cold and flu’s. If I wanted one, I would make an appointment. But it’s on the phone can not see them face to face. They tell you to go to the walk in centre. I had a message on my phone, to say if I do.
GP's not doing their jobs

The GP's are not doing their jobs properly. They aren't doing the normal check ups, they sound like they don't care. They are constantly trying to do things over the phone instead of seeing people face to face.
