Struggle to get appointments and rushed

My elderly mother struggles to get appointments at 8AM. She has gone in physically to get one, however the queues are too long and the appointments are all gone by the time it gets to her approaching reception. Trying again the next day has the same outcome. When we do get an appointment there isn't enough time to discuss all the issues so feel rushed.

Very good. One of the best in the area. No issues with them. No issues with appointments or staff. You never feel rushed, you feel listened to. Everything is perfect.

It was good, they did blood tests on me and I am waiting on the results. They made an appointment really quickly and they were helpful when I went into see them. I have only been in once so far but it was a good experience.

It's quite good at giving appointments. It's not difficult. I am happy with the doctor. Waiting time to see the doctor is fine too. The medical centre is fine. They have been helpful.
Easy to get appointments for children

It's easy for children to get an appointment. It's harder for adults, especially in the winter. The staff are helpful.

I went there the other day and the service was pretty good. I didn't have to wait at all. I was seen straight away.
