I can get appointments easily.

Good. I access them at 8:00 am on the dot and they give me a same day appointment. I can request a face to face as I don't think a phone appointments is good sometimes. I need to see someone face to face so they can see you.

The GP is okay. I never have any issues with them. The doctor is good. The staff are good. It's okay.

Really useless. You can't book appointments with them. I find them absolutely useless.

The nurse was good. The service was good. CBP check was carried out and everything was fine.
So hard to get an appointment.

It's really hard to book a GP appointment. 2-3 weeks, even online. My GP practice has got an online appointments system and its still hard to book an appointment The staff are okay. All the time its like that. I think calling them is easier to get an appointment.
Getting an appointment is terrible

The whole experience of getting an appointment is terrible. Not been able to get an appointment and feeling comfortable with doctors for giving wrong medicines. I feel not listened to and not a good service.
Don't use them really but offer appointments

They're okay but I don't have to use them really. They offer me over the phone or face to face appointments but I prefer face to face appointments.

Okay, said they would give me a call later on today as I told them I'm not feeling great and they said they would call me this evening. They said they would call me to come in if they need me to.

Dread when children are ill

It's a hassle to get in, I can stay on the phone to them for hours. I will call when the children are ill, but I do dread when the children are ill as I feel like there is not enough staff, so feel like I don't want to call incase it's not that serious.
