Service not very good

The GP service is not very good. Everything about the GP service is not okay. They don't pick up calls. The waiting time to booking appointments is very slow and not good. You don't get an appointment in time with the GP. Even when you see the GP, they will just refer you to the chemist.

Doctors-don’t know them. Don’t feel listened to and they don’t know anything about me. Explained my sensitive information over and over again. Asked about support for mental health – not taken seriously. Long winded referral. No end date to when I will hear from them.
