Rude receptionists and no appointments

The receptionists are rude and take a long time to answer the phones. I struggle to get appointments and they don't tell you to go anywhere else.

They're good. I have not been there in a while. My aunty goes a lot as the kids are always sick and they give you appointments at 8AM or 1PM. They do a telephone conversation and if they need to they will bring you in after. They're good.

Very good. They are good at giving appointments. No issues with getting appointments. In general they are good.
I can never get to see a doctor.

I couldn't get an appointment. It was very crowded. I waited for a long time but didn't get to see the doctor. I had a message to get a blood pressure check but I had already had one done so I asked why. I have health issues but can't see a doctor.

I cannot get to see the doctors. Couldn't get any GP for the past 2 days. It's always difficult to get through for an appointment. I have to look for help myself.

They are always very busy and don't answer the phone. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
Community midwife is very good.

Care from the community midwife here has been very good. She is very friendly and gives you everything you need.
Continuity of care is great.

I find it quite difficult to get an appointment, but they are excellent with my elderly mother who is 96. The care they provide her is very personable, the continuity of care is great. I have no problems getting her an appointment and the doctor regularly visits her on house calls.
