I can get appointments when I need

I phone them and I call them at 8:30am or in the afternoon and I can get an appointment when I need one. The doctor calls me back and tells you to come to the surgery within an hour. I feel they give more priority to children. If they don't have appointments they send you the pharmacy and that is helpful.

Quite good and reliable. Offer mixture of face to face and online appointments.
Don't offer a lot of services

They don't offer a lot of services. I had to call them to arrange my babies 6 week check up and to arrange the 8 week vaccinations. Never get appointments. Phone at 9am and then 2pm and the appointments have gone. They're too busy, Children aren't a priority.

Reception staff rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Poor administrative practices and non clinical staff making clinical decisions - terrible!
