All staff at Omnia, both clinical and administrative, are proud of the service we offer.
As you know we currently open until 8.30pm on Monday Wednesday and Thursday. This enables us to offer late appointments to those that need them due to work commitments etc.
Our new triage system, where we triage all requests for routine or urgent appointments for adults, has proven that we are able to free up more appointments by triaging the patient in the first instance. This has been a positive for patients who were struggling to get an appointment.
There are currently no plans to open at weekends or to offer late night surgery on the Tuesday and Friday.
