Reservoir Road Surgery

I would give them zero star rating if I could as the level of service provision has gone down in the last few years. You can't get an appointment and most of the time you see a new locum. They didn't refer me in time and as a result I ended up with punctured lungs.

Hardly seen my community midwife because I have been having more specialist care. If I am worried I will just call the hospital. The doctors are good for appointments for children, no issues with that.

Difficult to get an appointment with the GP. Mostly seen by the practice nurse.

I am satisfied with the service.

The reception staff are rude. Most of the GP's try to fob you off and don't listen to you properly. The waiting is disgusting whilst your on the phone to them.

I can get an appointment but I don't see the same doctor and I noticed in reception that it says that you only have 10 minutes per appointment. It's hard for me to explain to each doctor what is happening each time.

There is a lack of access to a GP. I can never get an appointment with my own GP. I see a new GP all the time.

As soon as COVID hit England ,the doctors Surgery has gone mental. I've been with them for years now & find it very difficult to get to see a Doctor. I'm on a Lot of Meds & when you want to talk about them with a doctor you should be able to talk face to face. I've been on my meds for years so I don't feel the affect from most of those, so when I tried to speak to someone regarding this they over the phone said well we can take you off those , it's not about taking me off the meds that will kill me it's a weighing process & putting me on other meds which I will feel the affect from. I wish the previous Dr could come back the Surgery still needs you.

GPs are good. Trying to get appointment is difficult. It’s on first come first get basis. Phone lines are busy.

Have been trying to get an appointment but due to heavy usage it is impossible to get one.
Have E mailed them & have been told that’s the only way to get one.
