Reservoir Road Surgery

I have had enough of this service simply because the staff are never willing to co-operate with patients.
they never ever answer the phone which is ridiculous. also, there are never any appointments I would love to question the doctors to ask how many patients they have in a day.
Or if the receptionists are telling white lies.

went to see my GP, not been for 12 months but was really suffering. Walked into his office and was asked "how can I help?", I responded " its a couple of things" to which he responded "well get on with it You only have 10 minutes" so I asked "why are you being so rude" and he replied "sorry if you thing I'm being rude but I do have other patients to see"!!!! So I walked out, how can anyone let alone s doctor speak to someone like that. Shocking service.

Listens and refers where needed. Referrals should be confirmed
