Reservoir Road Surgery

I find it hard to get an appointment with them. There are always long queues on the phone then when you get through, they tell you there are no appointments available. When this happens they tell you to call back after 2pm to see if any appointments become available. If I however need to make an appointment for my daughter and can't, I just contact my consultant at the hospital to get her seen.

GP has been alright, haven’t really attended because its hard to get an appointment. Have had to go to private when I have a concern as its hard to get an appointment with midwife.

Its hard to get a appointment from here. Ring up at half 8 be in que for 20 mins just to find there's no appointments. They tell you to try again tomorrow 8.30 in the morning, then same happens. I've been trying for weeks. I have a chest infection and need antibiotics. It's not going to go away. Only worse.

Excellent service, A health care professional is always available to speak to over the phone and if needed they ask you to come in to surgery.

Most of the reception staff are rude and don’t communicate properly.
