Took months for the injection

Sent for an Xray and they sent me for an MRI, but took months for the injection they didn’t tell me to stop blood thinners.

Don’t come very often. Come for steroid injection and they’re very good.
Nice hospital

Nice hospital after first visit, however they failed to do a scan.
First appointment easy to get

Letters were sent for appointment confirmation. First appointment easy to get. Easy to get around. Long weight for appointment for thigh problem. Still awaiting scan results from GP. Medicine not working, too strong and make me sleepy. I also have mental health problems and back problems.
Well communicated to

Brilliant, been quite good. Sometimes can be quick sometimes delays but well communicated to. Really good stay as an inpatient, Place was clean and food was good. Much better than City hospital.
Looked after me

Looked after me, no complaints about the hospital. Good communication about appointments through text, email and letters. Waiting time has been spot on, really good. Came for spinal blocks and referred for knee.
Sounds alright

Sounds alright, letter sent through for x-rays and then I was told I had an appointment after. So they gave me a letter and I have an appointment lined up today.
Arrived for surgery for tumour removal

Told nil by mouth and to arrive by 7.15 am. Told that I would be sitting in the reception waiting room until 4pm at the earliest before being admitted and prepped for surgery. 9 hrs wait in a reception waiting room for an operation to remove a tumour. I left in pain and disgusted. How can they think that this is acceptable, especially in this weather. I have arthritis, fibromyalgea and other disabilities as well as a tumour in my knee, how was I supposed to sit in a normal chair for 9 hrs with hardly any sleep, no food or drink for almost 24 hrs. Its inhumane. So far its cost me a good £250 in travel too as I was told this was the only place that can deal with my tumour in the country. I just don't have that kind of money to throw away. Deeply disappointed, still in horrific pain, upset and very angry.
Clinic running late

Hand clinic running late. Every time I come it’s running 30/40 minutes late. Doctors are doctors they think they are next to God.
