I am coming here since last 35 years and they have provided me with best care and support. Thank you very much ROH all teams and staff.

Excellent. It is a wonderful place. And so clean, I didn't have any infection. The standard of nursing is terrific.

Parking is lousy though.

In comparison to other hospitals they are much better, quality of care is high and staff good.

Hospital and staff are ok. But main issue is lack of park and disabled parking is very limited today. I was able to park half a mile away on Bristol Road and have walked from there, I'm in a bad shape and very angry.

I am coming here since last 4 years and found this place is up to mark and staff is very good. Last year I was hospitalised for few days over here and one thing I can say was worse was the food they service to patients - its pathetic.

My appointment was smoothly handled with each stage already signposted from registration to x-rays to consultation with consultant (review of hip problem). Letter to confirm follow up appointment arrived following day after appointment. Staff at each stage were polite, helpful and supportive (reception, radiographer, nursing staff and consultant)

Excellent care in all respects

1) Poor ongoing follow up
2) Limited information about options
3) Surgery presented as only option for scoliosis (idiopathic)
4)Poor surgery outcome/limited immediate improvement / poor long term benefit
5)Poor long term outcome - hospital unwilling to explore alternatives, constant response to deterioration, there is nothing else they can offer.
