A very good GP

Very good GP who listens to our issues and always tries to help.
They haven't followed up on any treatment

When you phone you can't see the same doctor. They don't know what's happening with your care or your history. The hospital referred me back to GP but they didn't know anything about it so left me to it. They didn't discuss my results or give me aspirin.
They always go the extra mile

Excellent surgery. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. The GPs always go that extra mile for you.
Hard to get an appointment

The delay was terrible. It's impossible to get appointments. The last time we got an appointment after 2 weeks. When he got the call the system was already full so he then waited for another 2 weeks.
Can't get an appointment

Can't get an appointment at all. Too many red tapes around every issue. The answer to all the requests is no we can't do this or that.
They have a good pharmacy

They have a pharmacy that I used. I asked about a skin condition on my hands and they signposted me onto the GP who gave me an appointment for February. They are usually very good at getting medication and telling me what is what.
Always difficult to get appointments

I have not been to the GP in about two years. It was always difficult to get appointments.
Seen by a locum

Most of the time we are seen by a junior locum doctors. They don't have any clue about our medical history.
Reception team are rude and unhelpful

Apart from the receptionist the doctors and nurses are great. The reception team is very rude and unhelpful.
