Really good. He was the one that as soon as son walked through the door he said he has ADHD . This is where he was diagnosed. They were quick with the paperwork and the doctor was really helpful and supportive.

I see a psychiatrist there every 3 months and I'm under a consultant. They're very nice people and I like talking to them. They are very understanding and ask the right questions and I answer them honestly.

Had Blood tests and they give me medication for my mental health. They arranged for me to see them every month.

I've still yet to be properly assessed. I've been misdiagnosed with a mental disorder but the diagnosis is completely wrong and no one referring me for proper diagnosis.

There were good and I used to be seen every month. I feel like the lady who took over my care took a dislike to me. She said I had missed an appointment, but I had not, but they refused to see me. I had to get another referral from my doctor. They now only see me once every four months. I have told them how desperate I feel, and about my suicidal thoughts but this did not change anything. I do not feel well supported.

I am under mental health at Small Heath and I've not had the best time with them. I had my CPN took off me being told. I struggle to get prescriptions on time. I only get 10 minutes every 6 months and I don't feel that this is long enough. I was forced to go private and I couldn't afford it but I got the help I needed.

Nurses and midwives are very helpful and approachable.

Long wait on the phone but NHS app is very good. Doctors calls back within 24 hours.

I was discharged from the service and wasn't informed. They told me to call them on the crisis line when I was having any issues but they said they couldn't help me as I'd been discharged.

Really good, really friendly. Had a mishap with the naming as someone was there with a very similar name to me for their appointment, they called me instead of the other person and they ended up missing their appointment.
