This practice is excellent. I don't have any difficulties getting appointments. It's all fine.

My daughter was referred on for a blood test. I was told the GP would want to discuss the results with me but the receptionist seemed to rush me off the phone. They made a referral for further treatment as issue was getting worse, that took 3 weeks.
No appointments, rude reception staff

My husband is not happy with his GP because he just can't get an appointment at all. They don't answer the phones and reception staff are rude.

Very good. Appointments are never an issue.

I will give them 4 stars. GPs, reception and nurses are all good. At times it is very difficult to get an appointment.
Very slow at referrals

I can get appointments but they are very slow in getting referrals done. It took them 8 months to refer me to rheumatology.

Very good and until now we haven't faced any issues. We have to call and wait in a queue to be connected but it is fine and we get an appointment in the end.
Better than other surgeries.

It is much better than other surgeries. I have to wait a while on the phone but eventually get seen by a GP or practice nurse on the same day.

I had excellent care from my GP who pushed for a CMHT referral which got me a formal diagnosis and appropriate medication.
