It’s so busy

I have been there but it’s so busy. Had a numbness in my jaw and could not get in with the doctor, so went here the queue was so big, just ended up walking away.

Long wait had to go there twice, they helped me got what I needed. Can’t complain.

Diagnosed and referred son on for treatment

A nurse diagnosed my son with a condition that I had taken him to the doctors for and they said they could not do anything for him until he was older. But when I saw the nurse, she sent him for ultrasounds and wrote the GP a letter so that he could be referred for the treatment he needed.
Doctor couldn't help me

I had hurt my right hand and went in at 11am and didn't leave until after 4pm, I was told the GP couldn't help me. They sent me to A&E.
Get the help I need

I waited a long time, 2 hours atleast. But I do feel like I get the help I need here.

Great. Took me in to have my vaccine explained everything. the girls had a smile on their face and reassured me it will be fine but made me aware of who to contact if it didnt.
