Really looked after Granddaughter

My granddaughter got sent here when she damaged her foot. They really looked after her. There was a bit of a wait but it was fine and expected. But they were good.
No phlebotomist there

I have been waiting a long time for a blood test because there’s no phlebotomist there – and this isn’t the first time it has happened.
If I can’t find an appointment I go there

Give you the time and try to help you but you do have to wait for a long time. I go there because of the problem with the GP. If I can’t find an appointment I go there.

Go to walk in centre, they are okay but sometimes you just want to see your GP. They are helpful it’s just a very long waiting time that can be hard when you have a sick child.
They sort out everything for us.

I can’t get appointments at GP. Then we went to Summerfield and they sort out everything for us.

They are very good, no long waits for an appointment as I go through NHS 111 and I get what I need from them.
Went there as GP wouldn't see daughter

My daughter was having bad ear pain. The GP would not see her. They told us to go there instead. They were good, it just took a while waiting to be seen. But I Know they will help when I go there.
It’s just not working

Tired of waiting 5 to 6 hours and walk out with more than you go in with. Should be able to see own GP. It’s just not working.
Referred to another service

They said there was an issue with my foot when I visited the foot clinic. They told me I should be referred to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
Wouldn't see me as it was closing

Went with an issue the doctor said they couldn't see me. It was close to them closing so they were not taking any more patients. So I had to go to the A&E at the hospital.
