I had pains in my stomach and was sent a letter from the GP that told me to go to A&E so ended up at a few hospitals and then here. I was seen really quickly.
You get the help you need

Sent here by 111 and they have been able to help me better than the GP. I have been sent here twice and you don't have to wait too long and they will get you the help that you need.
You can get seen

They see you and you can get in. That is best for me. They look after you and they sort me and the kids out. If they can't sort it they will refer you to A&E.
Useful and helpful

They can be really useful and helpful. On the occasions we have used them it's been very hard to wait so long when you are in pain but the appointments can help.
No long waits

They're okay, no long waits and see you the same day if a GP or pharmacy can't help.

They're good, so helpful, we don't get seen straight away but we will get the help we don't get from the GP.
6 hour waiting for an asthma attack

A 6 hour wait for an asthma attack. I went because 111 wouldn't call back and I needed help urgently. They didn't make it quick even though I told them how serious it was. I ended up at the hospital.
Rely on antibiotics

They don't really give you medication, just paracetamol or they rely too much on antibiotics. I took my dad with a chesty cough and son with ear pain and both of them got antibiotics without a proper check.
Understaffed and rude staff

Very busy and understaffed. I had to wait for 6 hours. The staff are rude and unhelpful.
Always help me

They're okay but you wait a long time. But when I can't see my GP I have to come here. They always help me.
