I went for nebulisers but they wouldn't give them to me. They sent me to A&E.

Very busy and populated area so you have to wait up to 5 hours as they don't make appointments.

It's a long wait there and very busy. The doctor takes a long time. Sometimes I have to go back to my GP which is useless.
They get you the help you need

They are good at giving urgent appointments and giving you medication on the day you see them. The staff listen to you and they get the help you need.

Always get an appointment that day or the next day when I go through 111. They are good and will help you and get you medication if you need.
Reception are rude and unhelpful

Quicker than A&E

It's busy all of the time but you are seen by a proper GP within 2 to 3 hours of waiting. They examine you properly and give medication. It's much quicker than A&E
Autism and waiting doesn't work.

I told them in advance that she would attend the appointment 5 minutes before the time because of autism but we waited for 45 minutes which was really bad and upsetting for the child.
