We get help for sons allergies.

Very helpful. Always see a doctor straight away and always get the help we need for my sons allergies which flare up every now and again and gives him a reaction.
Wait hours to be seen but they're good.

They're good but shouldn't have to go there when I am registered with a GP. You wait hours to be seen and they don't know you or your history.

Have been a few times and they've been helpful especially with the kids. You just have to wait a bit of time to see someone which can be frustrating. But the doctors are great and always helpful

My mom recently came here and said it was really good. I think she saw a nurse practitioner but they were really thorough and they helped her. That's all that matters.
We were seen quickly.

Little one had an ear infection and was sent there as they had an appointment at 8.30pm. They sorted out antibiotics for her and saw her quickly.

Really good, all the time they give us appointments. They treat us good. The doctor has looked after 13 years old daughter from the beginning. All staff nurses and doctors are good and very caring.

They were good when you could walk in with no appointment, but since Covid you need an appointment. There's no services that are available anymore so you end up going to the hospital or a pharmacy, its not good. They were so helpful but it's not there now.

They say you need to make an appointment, You can no longer walk in. have to call them in advance, so I had to leave and try and get an appointment through NHS 111.
