They save you multiple trips

Okay. Good follow ups. The staff are okay too. You do go from room to room as you see a lot of people. I think it's good to see everyone on one day as it saves multiple trips.
Perfect treatment

My initial consultation was in February and then waited about 6 months. I had two consultants and hoping this is the final bit. Perfect treatment so far and runs on time.
Names on a screen would be helpful

Not bad, check in was easy. The people who come out and call the names can be quite quick and if they're wearing masks you can't always see what they're saying. Names on a screen would be more helpful.

I had to wait 20 minutes over my appointment time. Never seen on time. The car parking is good though.

Mom comes regularly and everything is fine. Never any problems. Good with follow ups too. The staff are fine.
