My appointment was at 8:30AM and I've been waiting for the last 2 hours to be seen. There is always a long wait for follow ups.

The food is fantastic, restaurant is ace. The staff are lovely. They explained I would be here all day. I had vibrations in my eyes. They cancelled one appointment and I had to call several times to get another. It was an admin error not the staff's fault.
