A positive experience.

It's been a positive experience. I had surgery last Tuesday and then a follow up today. Been waiting for my consultant and a visual.

Short notice appointments

We were only told about the appointment Friday for an appointment on Monday. We had a text on Friday. He is happy about the appointment.

An excellent visit today, with my husband. All of the staff and equipment were excellent. Got everything we needed and we're due back tomorrow. Had all eye tests and drops. All excellent.
Better communication is needed.

I have been a few times. They don't send letters that they should. I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago. I wasn't told it was an all day appointment, I just got a text. They have been testing for glaucoma for 3 years and its normally an hour appointment. Better communication is needed. The staff are fine and doing what they can.
Waited a long time and disappointed

I waited a long time for an appointment here. I thought today I would find out my results but I haven't. I am feeling more than disappointed. They have given me eye drops for glaucoma and I have a follow up appointment. I have had the same tests done again too which is confusing.
Well maintained hospital

Very clean and well maintained hospital. Toilets are always very clean and disabled friendly. Excellent signposting over the hospital. Staff always help you and provide excellent support and information.
