Happy with the service provided.

Never had a problem here. They look after me because I'm diabetic so they keep an eye on me. They gave me laser treatment because my diabetes is not very well controlled.

Some parts work well and some do not

The service works really well. The follow up appointments just don't work well and you have to do all the chasing up.

Still haven't got a diagnosis

In the last 8 months this is now my 7th appointment and I still haven't got a diagnosis. Most of the time I see the registrar. I want to be seen by a consultant all of the time. There is no continuity of care as my GP is unaware of my results.

I had both of my cataracts removed here last year and am here for a follow up. The staff are excellent, very kind and helpful.
