They are giving me treatment.

They said they would give me respiratory medicine for my issues. Never been here until today. I have come today for a check up and medicine.

I was referred on from the GP and it's taken around a month from first health assessment. I was told to do a TB test and blood's. Third visit. My young person was referred on. Very helpful staff and good appointment reminders because your mind gets busy sometimes.

Foster son has come today as part of a check up. They sent a letter out quickly and staff have been good at letting us know about appointments and what is going on.

It's okay. I was referred on from my GP. It was a short waiting time but my sister's were more urgent and got an appointment within 1 week. Staff have been good. I received a letter about my appointments. Been here 3 times and all appointments have been on time. I am happy here.

It's okay. The staff and the information is all perfect. Was referred on from occupational therapy. No long wait for appointments. I had to have tests and everything has been explained to me.

Really good. The first time I came here they were really helpful. Did wait a little bit but they were really helpful. The follow up appointment came through quickly. I was referred on as an urgent referral from the GP within 2 weeks.

They were quick at giving me an appointment. Staff on reception have been good and welcoming. I see the same doctor here as the QE so they asked me to come here today for more tests.

Very good service. Been coming a long time. Very pleased with the doctors and the staff. Very good communication. You receive text message reminders, letters and send notifications on the NHS app. Everything is explained to us well. The community nurse explains everything very well. They have been brilliant, including out of hours. They'll answer our calls whenever we need them and they tell us what to do.
Parking is an issue.

It's my first time here. Parking is an issue as there is nothing close by. Staff were fine at check in. They are going to sort out some treatment for my ocular TB.

Not my first time here. Been here 5 times. I come every month and they send letters and emails about appointments. You can wait along time to be seen for your appointment.
