Birmingham Chest Clinic

Getting here was a confusion as to which place to go to so ended up going to heartlands and they directed me back to hospital – chest clinic. Ended up being late for the appointment they have said they are going to fit us in.

Hard to find parking. The organisation is doing what it can. I’ve been given an appointment within days of receiving the results from an X-RAY due to them finding a dot on the scans. They have acted fast and I’ve been happy with the time it’s taken. They have communicated by text and said they would send emails but not heard anything yet.

I hope it’s the last time we have to come, they will let me know today. They sent a letter for me to bring baby. As neighbour had TB. I just want to give him an injection and not have to bring him anymore. Staff are good I just don’t want to keep bringing my son.

Good, long time to get appointment (1 and a half month). Sent the letter for appointment and text messages as well.

Booked a month ago, wish there was email or text to remind me or tell me about the appointment. The letter do not come directly to me.

Me and my partner both are under treatment at Chest clinic. Visited before doctors are helpful always calling and checking on us.

Treatment had been good.. Communication, reminders and emails all good. Staff nice can’t fault them.

They sent letters to hospital for my daughter. Good service.

I go for my long covid. I have to go for check ups an see the therapist, they're really good. They send me letters for my check ups. They are meant to be referring me onto another hospital but just waiting to hear from them, it's been a couple of months. I know you have to wait but I just want to be checked over.

I have been here before. They treat me very well and everything is great. They send letters before the time. It doesn’t go directly they send email.
