I can't fault the staff

It's been okay as the chest clinic is a very good place. The staff are very very polite. Good communication about appointments. If something changes they call you and explain. Receptionists are very involved and communicate well with patients and staff. I called them to tell them I was late and they said it was okay and that the doctor would wait. I can't fault the staff. the clinic could be in a better location

It took around a week for the appointment to be arranged. They sent a text and a letter. Communication has been good, quick and simple.

They have been brilliant. As soon as you get here they address you by your first name. They greet you. They take care of you. They're absolutely brilliant.

They called me yesterday for an appointment today. They sent me a text afterward as well. The staff have been friendly and I was greeted well.
A good experience

I have been here 3 times. I have had quite a good experience. The staff are very good and behave very well. Sometimes I wait a little bit more but otherwise it is very good. One person I lived with had TB.
Clinics always run late.

Most of the time the clinics are running late ands you have to wait for no less than an hour before you are seen.
They are giving me treatment.

They said they would give me respiratory medicine for my issues. Never been here until today. I have come today for a check up and medicine.

I was referred on from the GP and it's taken around a month from first health assessment. I was told to do a TB test and blood's. Third visit. My young person was referred on. Very helpful staff and good appointment reminders because your mind gets busy sometimes.
Good communication

Foster son has come today as part of a check up. They sent a letter out quickly and staff have been good at letting us know about appointments and what is going on.
