The manager of outpatients has been made aware of your comments and their feedback is as follows; 'All our clinicians work hard to adhere to appointment times. On occasions clinic appointments can be delayed, this can be for a variety of reasons. We aim to ensure we fully meet the unique needs of all our patients and families, and as a result some appointments may take longer than the allocated time.'

Our Patient Experience team will feed this back to the Domestics team to ensure the toilets remain a high standard. In regard to the Vending Machine, there is currently a project looking at refurbishing the Vending Machines for Main Outpatients. We appreciate your feedback as it enables our trust to improve on our standards so we can provide a high quality service.
